Meg Lancaster is a Herbalist and Naturopath based in the beautiful boutique city of Christchurch, New Zealand. She loves observing people - their thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, and understanding what leads to the manifestation of excellent - or poor health.

As well as having a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine, and Diplomas in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy, Megan also has a Bachelor of Communications degree in PR and Corporate Communication. She sees print and electronic media as a wonderful way to educate people about health and wellness and is pleased to be able to assist others reach optimal wellness by combining her two loves - writing and natural medicine.
